Lenka Bartùòková works as a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher.

In present moment she offers all repertory and also new projects that she can

make for a cliente (theaters, festivals, openair, theater play,exhibitions, sidespecific performance).

She is used to work with musicions, actors and with not dancers too

 As a teachor offers dance workshops in czech, english and spanish language..

Contemporary modern dance / technical part:

The class is based on floor work, how to arrive on the floor and how to go up. Teaches how to use the body

in the space.The technic works on coordination, body memory and on basic human movements that comes

out as the animal reflexions we had as a babyes.The work is based on mixture of release technic ,

flow technic and break dance movements- frezes, balances, body localizations.

 

Improvization / Body - mind - team building / contact improvization:

The technic is not based on steps variation, but on different kind of games based od work with the group

and partner. Works with the center of our body and our wait. Weaks up and develops our animal instincts,

senses and reflexions.

The work is based on how to use our body and find our personal body language that we can use as a

comunication with other person. The work is based on the work with partner in couple and in the group.

Teaches how to use body of a parther as floor support, how to give and share trust. How to use our center,

graviti by giving and sharing wait.
